  Office is extremely unprofessional! Every since the office joined Valley Hospital- it has been the worst customer service I ever received. I received a call from collections 11 months after my appointment. I called the office 6 times and they have yet to return my call. The billing manager said she would call me back. Told me I needed to call the collections first. She is now always away from her desk, in a meeting, or out of the office. I also spoke to the front desk and they have no record of my files on the computer! Don't get me wrong, Dr Sauders is a GREAT doctor... but I would never recommend anyone going to them since the service is terrible. I still am waiting for their call. They are also billing me $120 more than they requested from the insurance company. I have been going to this office for over 6 years- Valley Hospital should be ashamed to stand behind their business.
